I've had several deer, turkey breasts smoked, pheasants smoked and a bear processed at Starzer. The smoked quarters, brats, hot dogs, ring bologna, smoked birds, packaging, cuts and hamburger are all top notch. The beef jerky and ham are pretty awesome, too!

    No, we don’t vacuum seal the meat. Instead, we double-wrap it with high-quality freezer paper to provide better protection. This method helps prevent punctures and spoilage, which can sometimes occur with vacuum seals, ensuring your meat stays fresh and secure.
